It’s 2021 and I still can’t get my issues off my 2009 iPad. I still feel some kind of way about this. Money wasted. I have 19 issues I hope my old iPad never stops working. And I don’t trust you all now to buy anything on your latest app so I buy all my issues from ZINIO.

App upgrade

This is my favorite cross stitch magazine. There was a glitch with the update where past issues weren’t visible; however, the company worked quickly to resolve the issue. Within a few days all the issues were visible again AND it works with pocketmags so I can view my subscription online as well as on my iPad. Great job resolving the glitch! Works seamlessly!

Worst app ever

I subscribed and was able to see my magazines by logging into my account with my email address on the app. Now the app updated and it’s asking me for a customer number which I don’t have. I contacted customer service and they sent me to contact apple. Apple says I won’t see the magazines I paid for unless I subscribe again. Money wasted and if you ask me, this is illegal!

Cross Stitcher app upgrade

Since the upgrade I can not access my previous issues. Restoring does not work. I have a lot of money invested in issues I can’t access. Not at all happy.

Older purchases deleted

All my older purchases have been deleted! I was told by customer service that I would have to subscribe to the magazine again in order to see my previous downloads. This is theft!

Never again

I will NOT ever buy another digital edition from you!! I also had about half dozen digital issues & now they are gone and it keeps coming up error.... keeping hitting restore issues & uninstalling app and nothing works 🤬

Won't Restore Purchases

App doesn't restore purchases. It says it is going to, but nothing happens. I paid for a year's subscription, and I want my issues! Are the new editors aware of this problem? IF NOT, THEY SHOULD BE SINCE IT IS OUR MONEY THEY ARE TAKING!!

Doesn't show what you paid for

I paid for a year-long digital subscription. So far, I'm not able to view anything that I've paid for. I've contacted support with no response. Very unhappy.

Incompetent and Dishonest

As the other reviewers point out, when they update the app, you lose your old purchases. With no other way to save them, that is theft, pure and simple. Don't waste your money!

What?

The new app is not as user friendly as the other one. Also, I had a subscription on the other app with tons of purchases! I also purchased some of the extra material and books they offered for sale. Where is all that?!?!? I'm with the other reviewer - this is theft!

Newest issue isn't showing up

New issue was released a couple of days ago, but it's not showing up on the app. Come on, digital magazines are supposed to provide you with instant access.

Old magazines are gone

The new app is different than the old one and now all the magazines I bought are gone. This is equivalent to theft!

No longer available and tech support doesn't help.

This e-mag experienced some problems with an issue. They told subscribers to email if they could not download. I emailed twice and posted on their Facebook. A week later still no response from anyone. When I go into manage subscription, it shows no longer available. The magazine was great, 2 stars for the less than stellar communications with customers.
